NANO MATTE Blasting
Kinetic satin finishing of precision parts. A matt and uniform surface without visible milling marks, even after anodizing. Parts up to 3000 × 550 × 100 mm.

NANO MATTE Blasting is our own method of kinetic satin finishing, which we developed in 2017 for very precise parts.
After milling, tool marks remain on the surface of the part, and anodizing would emphasize them. NANO MATTE Blasting satin-finishes the surface kinetically: the part gets a matt and uniform look without visible milling marks, and it keeps this look after anodizing. We developed the process for components with precise dimensions; it is used most often by customers from the defence and optics industries. We process parts up to 3000 × 550 × 100 mm.

Delivery in 5 to 10 working days
Parts up to 3000 × 550 × 100 mm
A matt and uniform surface without visible milling marks.
The look stays matt and uniform even after anodic oxidation.
Developed for components with precise dimensions.
Why choose NANO MATTE Blasting
In 30 seconds you will find out whether this is the right choice for your part. If you are not sure, send us a drawing and a technician will get back to you within 24 hours.
Milling marks must not be visible
The part is visible, and anodizing does not hide machining marks, it emphasizes them. NANO MATTE Blasting gives a matt surface without visible milling marks.
A matt surface even after anodizing
You need the part to stay matt and uniform even after anodizing. That is exactly what the process was developed for.
Precise dimensions
The part has precise dimensions. We developed the satin finishing precisely for very precise components. If you have strict tolerances, a technician will go through the drawing with you before the series.

Technical
specifications
A special method of kinetic satin finishing that we developed in 2017 for components with precise dimensions where a matt and uniform surface without visible milling marks is required.
Parts up to 3000 × 550 × 100 mm, that is up to 3 m long, up to 550 mm wide and up to 100 mm high.
Yes. After anodic oxidation the surface is matt with a uniform look.
Surface texture always affects the dimensions of a component. However, we developed NANO MATTE Blasting precisely for components with precise dimensions. If you have strict tolerances, a technician will go through the drawing with you before the series.
Mainly in the defence and optics industries, wherever a precision part must be matt and uniform.
Yes, we also do selective satin finishing. Mark the surfaces that should not be satin finished on the drawing and state the requirement in your order.
