Chemical nickel plating is deposition of a nickel-phosphorus layer on a surface of base material. The layer is characterized by high wear resistance and uniformity over entire surface of the component.
They are a no-flat alternative to pneumatic tyres used mainly for wheelchairs. They are made of polyurethane-based material with a special integral surface layer. Microcellular polyurethane provides adequate tyre softness similar to pneumatic tyres. The integral layer covers the requirements for high wear resistance and adequate surface adhesion.
