Cerakote is a ceramic polymer coating developed in the laboratories of NIC Industries in the USA. We are its authorised application partner for Slovakia.
It is spray-applied in a thin layer that preserves the part’s geometry and tolerances and, once cured, gives it high mechanical, chemical and thermal resistance. Depending on the application, we choose the Elite, H or high-temperature series. We work with original material and the procedure prescribed by the manufacturer.
Steel, aluminium, plastics, composites and wood
Delivery in 5 to 10 working days
Layer thickness 12 to 25 µm
Parts exposed to extreme temperatures, such as exhausts, brakes, turbos and heat exchangers.
Parts that require chemical and wear resistance.
Parts where the surface also has a design function.
Why choose Cerakote
Find out in 30 seconds whether Cerakote is the right choice for your part. If you are not sure, send us a drawing and a technician will advise you.
Extreme temperatures
Your part operates at high temperatures. The high-temperature series is stable up to 1100 °C, without degradation or loss of colour even under extreme thermal shocks. The ELITE and H series up to 260 °C.
Chemical resistance and wear
The part is exposed to aggressive chemicals or mechanical stress. In the manufacturer’s rating, the ELITE series has the highest score for corrosion and chemical resistance, hardness and coefficient of friction (5+/5).
A material that cannot be anodized
The part is not made of aluminium or combines several materials. Cerakote is not a conversion layer but an applied coating, so it adheres to steel, plastics, composites and wood. The thin layer still preserves precise tolerances.
Results you
can measure
We do not give verbal ratings; we give measurable figures you can verify on your part.
temperature stability
High-temperature series, without degradation or loss of colour even under extreme thermal shocks. The ELITE and H series are stable up to 260 °C.

Yes. Since October 2021 we have been the authorised application partner of the American Cerakote brand for Slovakia. We use original material and the application procedure prescribed by the manufacturer.
To most surfaces: various types of steel, other metals, plastics, composites and wood. This is exactly how it differs from anodizing, which only works on aluminium. If you are unsure about your material, send us the specification or a sample and we will assess it.
Three. ELITE has the manufacturer’s highest rating for corrosion and chemical resistance, hardness and coefficient of friction, 9 earth tones and stability up to 260 °C. H offers more than 100 colours with high resistance, up to 260 °C. The high-temperature series is stable up to 1100 °C and has the highest UV stability. The main deciding factors are the part’s operating temperature and whether colour or maximum resistance matters more to you.
The ELITE and H series are thermally stable up to 260 °C. The high-temperature series up to 1100 °C, without degradation or loss of colour even under extreme thermal shocks. That is why it is used on exhausts, brakes, turbos and heat exchangers.
Minimally. The layer is 12 to 25 µm (H Series 25 µm). We mask surfaces that are to remain uncoated, such as threads, functional surfaces and holes. Please state the requirement in your order.
All colours from the Cerakote manufacturer’s colour chart. The H Series offers more than 100 colours, the ELITE Series 9 earth tones.
