• Chemical - it is a chemical method of removing oxide layers and pollutants produced in the process of surface corrosion by dissolving, which we call pickling. It is used as pretreatment before further aluminum processing. During the process, the surface becomes more matte, which can be adjusted to the customer's requirements.
    • E0 pickling - mild pickling that results in surface activation before further surface treatments, the surface appearance is slightly matt.
    • E6 pickling - pickling in a special bath in order to obtain a uniform matte finish.
  • Mechanical
  • Nano matte blasting is a special type of mechanical pretreatment of parts with precise dimensions, where a matte and uniform surface without visible milling tracks is required. After anodizing, the surface is matte with a uniform appearance. Parts with such pretreatment are mainly used in armament and optics. Maximum part dimensions are 150 x 60 x 2000 mm.
